Anita was booked for 12 shows during her 10-interview radio talk show campaign, and reached top markets such as New York City, Boston, Seattle, St. Louis, Cincinnati, plus all across the country via four National Shows! She’s now able to leverage major media brands like SiriusXM Radio, 1010 WINS, iHeart Media and Entercom.<\/p>\n

Publicity Story: With Annie, The Momentum Was Always ON!<\/a><\/p>\n

Anita, how are you leveraging your new media assets? Has there been increased website traffic or social media activity? Book sales?<\/a><\/h3>\n

Oh yes, I am proud to say all three. Based on the partnership with Annie and the 12 radio talk shows,\u00a0I have seen an increase in my website traffic after reviewing Google Analytics. I have also seen a spike in book sales which was very exciting. And yes, more followers on social media and more engagement based on the quality radio stations that I was booked on. I am proud to say that.<\/p>\n

Why did you choose Annie Jennings PR for your publicity?<\/a><\/h3>\n

Annie was very personable and approachable from the minute I heard her voice. We had an engaging conversation.<\/p>\n

I actually came across Annie by googling top PR and bookers for authors. She came up in the top results.<\/p>\n

I looked at her testimonials and reviews. I was very curious and engaged in an inquiry.\u00a0A call was set up very quickly within the same week.<\/p>\n

Anita, were your expectations met? Did you feel supported while working with Annie Jennings PR for your publicity?<\/a><\/h3>\n

Yes I did. 100%. Especially in the areas of just being transparent. I always got a call back within the same day or within 24 hours. Same thing with email responses and questions. I had a successful media training with Jason and access to an expert in the industry who was very candid and instrumental in helping me craft and deliver my message.<\/p>\n

My expectations were met from a service standpoint. My expectations were met from working with a class of experts. I was always very excited to get a call because it always resonated in good news, a booking or something leading to the next level.<\/p>\n

Again, I can\u2019t speak highly enough of just the transparency which is so refreshing in this business. I have talked to lots of other PR firms<\/span> and have been met with lots of promises and then things go quiet or there are lots of gaps.<\/p>\n

So here with Annie, the momentum is always on.<\/span>\u00a0 That really motivated me. It really made me want to prioritize all my projects with Annie Jennings PR.<\/p>\n

Tell us about your free unlimited media training to get ready for your radio publicity.<\/a><\/h3>\n

I definitely felt prepared. The confidence started building after each show was booked and I performed on each interview.<\/p>\n

The media trainer I worked with, Jason, was so easy to talk to. We did a lot of what I do in my career coaching and that is a lot of mock practices – what\u2019s my elevator speech, how do I describe myself in an interview, how to brand myself in an interview, tonality, pausing, letting the interviewer lead, how to think off the top of my head, think quick on my feet, manage change and manage communication. It was very helpful.<\/p>\n

Jason was also accessible along the way. I was able to send him the recording and say \u201chey Jason, what do you think? I would like to get your feedback.\u201d That was very important to me, so if I needed to course correct along the way, I could.<\/p>\n

The media training is key. I think a PR firm that can offer media training is really giving you bang for your buck. And to be able to leverage an expert in the industry who has worked with top shows has been instrumental in my success.<\/p>\n

Would you recommend others work with Annie Jennings PR for their publicity?<\/a><\/h3>\n

I would highly recommend working with Annie. I would say definitely do it.<\/p>\n

You will get a very strong book publicity strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n

They really want to know what your goals and your objectives are for yourself and your book. They want to help you meet those. Most authors like myself want to get, as far as deliverables, book sales, branding, interviews and top notch media engagements that they can\u2019t get through their own network.<\/p>\n

Annie Jennings PR gets these media opportunities.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why I had a spike in book sales<\/span>. That\u2019s why my confidence went up. That\u2019s why from a branding stand point it translated into speaking events<\/span> and increased inquiries from clients.<\/span><\/p>\n
